Upstream OpenTelemetry Collector core updated to v0.161.0​

The collector now builds on OpenTelemetry Collector core v0.161.0, picking up upstream fixes to configuration expansion, feature gate validation and scraper shutdown.

  • Core collector modules move from v0.160.0 to v0.161.0 (stable modules v1.66.0 to v1.67.0). Contrib components stay on v0.160.0, the latest released version.
  • An escaped ${...} expression appearing before a valid one no longer prevents the later expression from being expanded in collector configuration. The escaped text is still preserved literally.
  • Feature gate identifiers with an empty dot-separated segment, such as .foo, foo. or foo..bar, are now rejected instead of being silently accepted.
  • Shutdown is no longer delayed by an extra scrape when a scrape runs longer than its collection interval.
  • No configuration changes are required.
